[font=宋体]四[/font][font=Times New Roman]:[/font][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]：比赛项目[/size][/font][size=10.5pt][font=Times New Roman]: 4[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]米[/size][/font][size=10.5pt][font=Times New Roman]5[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]以下手杆钓，以尾数计成绩，共赛两场，每场[/size][/font][size=10.5pt][font=Times New Roman]90[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]分钟，鱼种为鲫鱼、鲤鱼、草鱼、青鱼、鳊鱼、鲢鱼、鳙鱼为有效鱼，（尾重为一量左右鲫鱼为绝大多数）。[/size][/font][size=10.5pt][/size]
[font=宋体][size=10.5pt]五：记分方法：[/size][/font][size=10.5pt][font=Times New Roman] [/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]分区分别计算单场成绩，采用倒记分制，单场成绩第一的计[/size][/font][size=10.5pt][font=Times New Roman]1[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]分，第二的计[/size][/font][size=10.5pt][font=Times New Roman]2[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]分，以此类推，[/size][/font][size=10.5pt][font=Times New Roman]2[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]场单场成绩相加为总成绩，按照总成绩排列名次，如遇总积分相同的，以单场小分为参考。如小积分再相同，以总尾数多者胜出，总尾数相同，以单场中有一场尾数多者胜出。[/size][/font][size=10.5pt][/size]

[size=10.5pt][font=Times New Roman]2[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]：钓位经确定后，如有意外情况影响比赛，可立即报告裁判员予以调整，比赛中如需离开钓位，须经裁判员许可后方可离开钓位[/size][/font][size=10.5pt]
[font=Times New Roman]3[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]：自备鱼杆，可携带符合规定的备用竿一套，但是禁止同时下水，线长不得超过竿长[/size][/font][size=10.5pt][font=Times New Roman]30CM[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]。限用两枚以下无倒刺鱼钩。钓饵自备，可以使用活饵，禁用毒饵。不得用手抛或器具打窝，鱼饵必须挂钩上下水。[/size][/font][size=10.5pt]
[font=Times New Roman]4[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]：比赛开始及结束均以信号发令为准，比赛结束信号发出后，应立即停止垂钓，此时未入护的鱼一律不记成绩。[/size][/font][size=10.5pt]
[font=Times New Roman]5[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]：比赛一律自钓，自存，至比赛结束计量鱼获时，已死的鱼不记成绩。[/size][/font][size=10.5pt]
[font=Times New Roman]6[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]：参赛选手入场及换位，必须有裁判员带领统一行动。[/size][/font][size=10.5pt]
[font=Times New Roman]7[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]：比赛禁止喧哗，禁止选手间互通信息，禁止在钓位上拨打或接听手机，不得锚鱼，挂鱼。[/size][/font][size=10.5pt]
[font=Times New Roman]8[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]：[/size][/font][size=10.5pt][font=Times New Roman] [/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]除参赛选手，裁判员，裁判长外，其余人员在比赛前[/size][/font][size=10.5pt][font=Times New Roman]5[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]分钟一律退出钓场。[/size][/font][size=10.5pt][/size]
[font=宋体][size=10.5pt]七：处罚办法：[/size][/font][size=10.5pt]
[font=Times New Roman]1[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]：非比赛时间在钓位上钩漂下水，罚加三分。[/size][/font][size=10.5pt]
[font=Times New Roman]2[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]：竿，线超长，罚加一分，改正长度后才可参赛。[/size][/font][size=10.5pt]
[font=Times New Roman]3[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]：比赛结束信号响后，鱼获入护，罚加三分。[/size][/font][size=10.5pt][/size]

[font=Times New Roman]1[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]：本次比赛由省钓协张副会长，市钓协梁会长，市钓协曹秘书长全程仲裁。[/size][/font][size=10.5pt]
[font=Times New Roman]2[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]：仲裁委员会的主要任务是受理，复审比赛规则执行中发生的纠纷。[/size][/font][size=10.5pt]
